GIRLS BASKETBALL: Bailey Gosse, Mustangs top Stars

Bailey Gosse scored 16 points during a 23-8 second-quarter run that lifted The Meadows girls basketball team to a 60-50 win over visiting Agassi Prep on Saturday.
Gosse scored 25 of her 31 points in the first half, helping the Mustangs take a 37-27 halftime lead.
Hana Resch added 14 points and 12 rebounds, and Delaney Gosse had 10 blocked shots for The Meadows.
Azaria Conway-Wilson had 17 points, and Javoulaee Green scored 14 for the Stars.
Calvary Chapel 45, Mountain View 43 — At Mountain View, Marissa Tiemann had 20 points to help the Lions edge the Saints.
Rose Adkins scored 16 points, and teammate Kiley Murphy had 12 points for Mountain View.
Needles 49, White Pine 44 — At Needles, Calif., Jane Antone scored 21 of her 29 points in the second half to lead the Mustangs by the Bobcats.
Jasmine Mejia added eight points for Needles, which outscored White Pine 33-28 in the second half.
Ashlyn Huntington led White Pine with 21 points.
Lincoln County 59, Laughlin 23 — At Laughlin, Savannah Harr had 25 points to lead the Lynx by the Cougars.
Tanji Tibbitts added eight points for Lincoln County, which outscored Laughlin, 30-7 in the second half.
Kayla Nelson led Laughlin with 14 points.
Pahranagat Valley 56, Beatty 23 — At Alamo, Kalli Hosier scored 16 of her 20 points in the second half, and the Panthers used a 34-8 third-quarter run to pull away from the Hornets.
Jamie Hansen added seven points for Pahranagat Valley, which led 14-12 at the half.
Denise Gonzalez led Beatty with nine points.
