BASEBALL: Parker, Spartans top Las Vegas

Noah Parker went 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBIs Monday to lead Cimarron-Memorial’s baseball team to a 6-2 home win over Las Vegas.

Todd Danzeisen and Adam Mitchell also homered for the Spartans.

Antonio Gaxiola hit a two-run homer in the sixth inning for the Wildcats.

Liberty 7, Coronado 2 — At Coronado, Bailey Daguio allowed five hits in six innings of work to lead the Patriots by the Cougars.

Preston Pavlica and Justin Lutes each doubled and drove in a run for Liberty.

Sterling Saltz went 1-for-3 with a RBI for Coronado.

Del Sol 3, Chaparral 0 — At Chaparral, Matt Styck fired a four-hitter and struck out two as the Dragons blanked the Cowboys.

Luis Socorro went 2-for-3 with two runs and an RBI, and teammate Dylan Aguirre was 1-for-2 with an RBI for Del Sol.

Silverado 7, Arbor View 2 — At Arbor View, Dillon Johnson was 2-for-4 with two doubles, a run and an RBI to lead the Skyhawks over the Aggies.

Michael Camburn was 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI, and Vincent Taormina went 3-for-3 for Silverado.

Nick Quintana went 2-for-2 with a double for Arbor View.

Bonanza 7, Valley 0 — At Bonanza, Micah Higa went 3-for-4 with a double and three RBIs to lead the Bengals over the Vikings.

Levi Klump was 2-for-2 for Bonanza.

Winning pitcher Danny Ruiz allowed one hit and struck out five in six innings of work.

Desert Oasis 10, Canyon Springs 0 — At Desert Oasis, winning pitcher Nolan Kingham allowed one hit in four innings and had a double and three RBIs to lead the Diamondbacks by the Pioneers.

Chris Van Kuren went 2-for-2 with a double, and Kyle Fuentes was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI for Desert Oasis. Dominic Paratore was 2-for-3 with two RBIs, and Chase Adams was 2-for-3 with an RBI for the Diamondbacks.

Moapa Valley 10, Sunrise Mountain 0 — At Overton, Chaz Cornwall had a double and three RBIs to help the Pirates top the Miners in six innings.

Winning pitcher J.R. Redd struck out nine in five innings for Moapa Valley.

Boulder City 17, Desert Pines 0 — At Desert Pines, Nolan Desantis went 4-for-5 with a triple, a double, three runs and four RBIs as the Eagles blitzed the Jaguars in five innings.

Seth Kermode went 3-for-4 with a double, three runs and two RBIs, and Austin Shepard was 2-for-4 with two doubles and an RBI for Boulder City.

Steve Wagner and Zach Murphy combined on a two-hitter for the Eagles.
