BOYS SOCCER: Rice caps Aggies’ rally, beats Bonanza

Dalton Rice scored with a minute to play on an assist from Alfredo Carrera to give Arbor View’s boys soccer team a 5-4 win over visiting Bonanza on Tuesday.

Rice finished with two goals, and Carrera added a goal for Arbor View, which trailed 4-1 at the half.

Marcos Ferrer had a goal and an assist for the Aggies, and Christian Limon scored for Arbor View.

Brian Panameno and Manuel Ponce each scored two goals for the Bengals.

Canyon Springs 1, Las Vegas 1 — At Las Vegas, Daniel Moran scored off a rebound with four minutes remaining to allow the Pioneers to tie the Wildcats.

Efrain Pinal scored on an assist from Daniel Nunez-Renteria with 12 minutes remaining in the second half to give Las Vegas a temporary 1-0 lead.

Cimarron-Memorial 1, Centennial 0 — At Centennial, Eduardo Renteria scored a first-half goal on an assist from Danny Ceja, and the Spartans held on to top the Bulldogs.

Goalkeeper Richard Crews made four saves to earn the shutout.

Desert Oasis 4, Sierra Vista 2 — At Desert Oasis, Kirk Schroeder had a goal and three assists to lead the Diamondbacks past the Mountain Lions.

Marcellous Curtis, Diego Hidalgo and Haiko Hovak also scored goals for Desert Oasis, which led 2-1 at halftime.

Daniel Perez and Patrick Meneses scored for Sierra Vista.

Spring Valley 4, Faith Lutheran 2 — At Faith Lutheran, Tyson Perkins scored two goals to help the Grizzlies beat the Crusaders.

Jose Lopez had a goal and an assist for Spring Valley, which led 2-1 at halftime. Dennis Tayou also scored for the Grizzlies.

Logan Buckley and Zach Miller scored Sierra Vista’s goals.

Liberty 5, Silverado 1 — At Silverado, Joey Hollimon scored three goals to help the Patriots cruise past the Skyhawks.

Osias Dixon and Mario Amesquita also scored goals for Liberty, which led 3-0 at halftime.

Chris Stang scored a goal to lead Silverado.

Western 8, Cheyenne 0 — At Western, Nathaniel Reyes had two goals and an assist, and Ricardo Gonzalez and Franklin Martinez each scored twice to help the Warriors to an easy win over the Desert Shields.

Jordan Nava-Camal had a goal and an assist, and Martin Vasquez scored for Western, which got two assists from Ramon Perez.

Goalkeepers Angel Saldivar and Oscar Casas-Arias combined on the shutout.

Clark 7, Pahrump Valley 0 — At Clark, Oscar Mata scored three goals to help the Chargers roll past the Trojans.

Robert Martinez added two goals and an assist for Clark. Teammates Jose Martinez and Ivan Lopez also scored, and goalkeeper Ramon Ramirez had two saves to earn the shutout.

Mojave 5, Adelson School 1 — At Adelson School, Eduardo Luna had a goal and two assists, and Francisco Alfaro added a goal and an assist as the Rattlers cruised past the Lions.

Saul Godoy, Omar Serrano and Israel Lira also scored for Mojave, which got two assists from Antonio Perez.

Nevo Ziv scored on a penalty kick for Adelson.
