GIRLS SOCCER: Cera scores two second-half goals, Bulldogs nip Mustangs

Victoria Cera scored two second-half goals Wednesday to lead Centennial’s girls soccer team to a 2-0 win over visiting Shadow Ridge.
McKenna Stratton had two assists for the Bulldogs.
Addison Riddle made seven saves to earn the shutout for Centennial.
Virgin Valley 2, Desert Pines 0 — At Desert Pines, Shantel Galindo and Dalylah Chavez each scored once to help the Bulldogs top the Jaguars.
Spencer Green made four saves en route to the shutout.
Liberty 2, Eldorado 0 — At Liberty, Savannah Owens and Hannah Johnson each scored once to help the Patriots top the Sundevils.
Rebecca Rodriguez was credited with 14 saves and earned the shutout.
Foothill 2, Canyon Springs 0 — At Canyon Springs, Taylor Arteaga and Katherine Ballou each scored a goal to lead the Falcons by the Pioneers.
Marisa Milne recorded the shutout for Foothill.
Arbor View 0, Palo Verde 0 — At Palo Verde, the Aggies and Panthers played to a scoreless tie.
Palo Verde’s Jordan Goyeau and Arbor View’s Haylee Niemann each recorded a shutout.
Chaparral 3, Del Sol 2 — At Del Sol, Stephanie Torres, Leticia Ibarra and Selena Rosas each scored once, and the Cowboys held off the Dragons.
Estefany Gonzalez-Vargas and Gabriella Gomez scored for Del Sol.
Green Valley 3, Valley 1 — At Valley, Shestan Lynam scored twice to lead the Gators by the Vikings.
Mackenzie Zurcher also scored for Green Valley.
Lillian Godinez netted Valley’s goal.
Sunrise Mountain 3, Moapa Valley 1 — At Sunrise Mountain, Leslie Arellanos had a goal and an assist to lift the Miners by the Pirates.
Irene Meza and Brisa Pena-Martinez also scored for Sunrise Mountain.
Delia Rubio scored for Moapa Valley.
Las Vegas 5, Bonanza 3 — At Las Vegas, Osmara Nunez-Barrera scored three goals to propel the Wildcats to victory over the Bengals.
Adriana Domingo and Ashlee Jordan added goals for Las Vegas, which got three assists from Kara Bowden.
Adi Martinez, Reda Kanater and Samantha Silva scored for Bonanza.
Desert Oasis 3, Basic 0 — At Desert Oasis, Taylor Hasty, Neva Newling and Sydni Aldan each scored once to lead the Diamondbacks by the Wolves.
Michelle Galez and Kelsey LaBoeuf combined on the shutout.
Coronado 4, Silverado 1 — At Silverado, Michaela Morris scored twice in the first half, and the Cougars rolled past the Skyhawks.
Taylor Houston and Katelyn Moxley also scored for Coronado.
Taylor Petrillo scored for Silverado.
Legacy 5, Rancho 1 — At Legacy, Nadia Hernandez scored all five goals to lead the Longhorns past the Rams.
Marlene Godoy scored for Rancho.
Cimarron-Memorial 5, Durango 0 — At Durango, Jaymee Luke had three goals to power the Spartans past the Trailblazers.
Natasha Martin and Kaylen Dodson also scored for Cimarron.
Hyley DiBona was in goal for the shutout.
Tech 13, Boulder City 1 — At Heritage Park, Abrana Wielgosiak had five goals and an assist to lead the Roadrunners to a rout of the Eagles.
Melissa Lopez had two goals and an assist, and Stephanie Newman scored twice for Tech. Daisy Flores had a goal and three assists, and Monica Figerora and Myan Lang each added a goal and an assist for the Roadrunners, who got a goal from Jacqueline Bernal and three assists from Adriana Guzman.
