GOLF: Logan shoots 1-under, Eagles win at Desert Pines

Luke Logan carded a 1-under-par 70 at Desert Pines on Wednesday to lead Boulder City’s golf team to victory in a Sunrise League match.

The Eagles had a team score of 380. Moapa Valley was second at 424, seven strokes better than Virgin Valley.

Moapa Valley’s Jacob Causey shot 72.

Boulder City’s Hunter Ulibarri had a 73, and teammate Kyler Atkinson shot 74.

Panthers win Northwest League match

At Siena, Bradley Collet shot an even-par 72 to lead Palo Verde to victory in a Northwest League match.

The Panthers, who also got a 74 from Brandon Bauman, had a team score of 386. Arbor View was second at 395, one stroke better than Shadow Ridge.

The Mustangs’ Ben Davis was the medalist with a 70.

Arbor View’s Van Thomas and Ethan Boznar each shot 73.
