VOLLEYBALL: Curi, Falcons top Gators at home

Colin Curi had 14 kills, three blocks and nine digs Friday to lead Foothill’s boys volleyball team to a 25-21, 21-25, 27-25, 25-19 home victory over Green Valley.

Trevor Robison added 11 kills and seven digs for the Falcons, and teammate Ryan Briggs had nine kills, seven digs and three aces. Taeg Williams contributed 36 assists and 12 digs for Foothill.

Arvin Nitollama led Green Valley with 32 assists, four aces and eight digs. Dustin Elliott had 12 kills and seven digs for the Gators, who got eight kills, five digs and three blocks from Zachary Hewitt.
