ARBOR VIEW — Girls volleyball player Tamani Simmons had a total of 71 kills and 24 aces to lead the Aggies to a 6-2 record. Football player Devon Turner had a rushing touchdown and two interceptions in a 42-0 win over Coronado.
BISHOP GORMAN — Girls volleyball player Gianna Ruggeroli had a total of 39 kills, two aces, 24 digs and four blocks in wins over Foohill, Seaquam (Canada) and Clovis West (Calif.).
CENTENNIAL — Football running back Lantz Worthington rushed for 164 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries in a 40-7 win over Shadow Ridge. Girls volleyball player Kristi Farley had 32 assists, six aces and five kills in a 3-0 win over Silverado.
CHEYENNE — Girls cross country runner Dominique Hudson was second in a meet with Mojave, covering the 2.5-mile race in 25 minutes, to lead the Desert Shields to a 26-29 win.
CIMARRON-MEMORIAL — Girls cross country runner Julianna Brooks placed 23rd in her race at the Woodbridge (Calif.) Invitational, finishing in 19 minutes, 2 seconds for 3 miles.
CLARK — Girls golfer Cassandra Ho was second in a Sunset League match, shooting 5-over-par 77.
DESERT OASIS — Girls soccer midfielder Kali Schwenke had two goals and an assist as the Diamondbacks rallied from a 3-1 deficit to tie Liberty, 3-3. Boys soccer player Luis Cisneros helped key the defense in a 2-2 tie with Liberty and a 3-2 win over Foothill.
DURANGO — Boys cross country runner Marlon Medina was 13th at the Falcon Invitational, running 18 minutes, 13.2 seconds for 3.1 miles.
FAITH LUTHERAN — Boys tennis player Mitch Taylor teamed with Matt Shiurman to go 3-0 in an 11-7 victory over The Meadows. Girls volleyball player Morgan Hill had 12 kills and five blocks and a .647 hitting percentage in a 3-0 win over Sierra Vista.
MOJAVE — Boys cross country runner DeRoderick Kilgore won a 3.1-mile race in 20 minutes, 57 seconds in a home meet with Cheyenne. Girls volleyball player Rayena Rael led the team in assists and aces at the Boulder City Invitational.
MOUNTAIN VIEW — Girls volleyball player Lindsay Kessler had nine kills, three aces and a block helping the Saints to a pair of wins over Agassi Prep. Football player Matt Larson rushed for 131 yards and a touchdown in an 18-14 win over Agassi Prep.
PALO VERDE — Boys soccer midfielder Austin Manthey had a total of five assists in two games. Girls soccer midfielder Jadyn Nogues had a total of five goals and three assists in the Las Vegas Kick-Off tournament.
SIERRA VISTA — Boys soccer player Miles McRae had a total of two goals and an assist in two games. Girls soccer midfielder Jeri Lett had three goals and an assist in a 5-0 win over Liberty, and an assist in a 5-1 victory over Silverado.
SILVERADO — Boys cross country runner James Skelly was the team’s top finisher in the freshman-sophomore race at the Falcon Invitational, covering the 3.1-mile course in 19 minutes, 40.8 seconds. Girls cross country runner Taylor Miller was the top Skyhawk in the freshman-sophomore race at the Falcon Invitational. She finished 81st with a time of 30:02.9.
TECH — Girls cross country runner Carla Gaston placed seventh in the freshman-sophomore race at the Falcon Invitational, finishing in 22 minutes, 14.2 seconds for 3.1 miles.
