ROUNDUP: Milemore’s hit vaults Valley past Chaparral

Kristina Milemore’s two-run single with no outs capped a three-run seventh inning Friday as Valley’s softball team rallied for an 8-7 win over visiting Chaparral.
Winning pitcher Kristina Manthei was 2-for-2 with two runs, and Shannon Williams went 2-for-3 with a double, a triple and three runs for the Vikings.
Lauren Lesniak went 3-for-4 with two doubles, a run and an RBI, and Sara Tucker was 1-for-3 with two RBIs for the Cowboys.
Desert Oasis 12, Bonanza 9 — At Bonanza, Mercedes Rios’ bases-clearing single in the top of the seventh inning broke a 9-9 tie as the Diamondbacks edged the Bengals.
Karly Severance was 3-for-5 with a double, home run, two runs scored and four RBIs for Desert Oasis.
Caitlyn Lloyd was 2-for-3 with a triple, home run and four runs scored for Bonanza.
Foothill 5, Eldorado 3 — At Eldorado, RaeAnn Brems went 2-for-3 to help the Falcons edge the Sundevils.
Palmer Bosanko went 2-for-4 to help Foothill, which jumped ahead with three runs in the top of the first inning.
Brook Ortiz went 3-for-4 with a double to lead Eldorado.
Centennial 18, Cimarron-Memorial 3 — At Cimarron, Savannah Horvath went 3-for-5 with two home runs, including a grand slam, a double and eight RBIs as the Bulldogs pulled away from the Spartans.
Ashley Ross and Heather Bowen each went 3-for-4 with a home run and a double, and Lacie Chakos was 2-for-4 with a home run for Centennial. Madison Henzlik added a homer and a double for the Bulldogs, who also got three hits from Mia Acuna.
Carli Stafford homered, and Sarah Murphy and Sarina Cresswell each had two hits, including a double, for Cimarron.
Coronado 8, Liberty 2 — At Coronado, Danielle Amato went 3-for-4 with five RBIs and tossed a seven-hitter with eight strikeouts to power the Cougars over the Patriots.
Kiley Harrison went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI for the Cougars.
Bishop Gorman 10, Legacy 0 — At Gorman, Alexandria Gordon went 3-for-3 with a double, triple and four RBIs to power the Gaels over the Longhorns in five innings.
Dayton Yingling threw a one-hitter with seven strikeouts for Gorman, which got two singles apiece from Sierra Dias and Shelby Estocado.
Palo Verde 7, Green Valley 0 — At Green Valley, Breanna Beatty went 3-for-5 with an RBI to lead the Panthers past the Gators.
Lauren Oxford finished 2-for-3 with an RBI for the Panthers.
Kelsea Sweeney tossed a three-hitter for Palo Verde.
Tech 11, Sunrise Mountain 1 — At Tech, Kimmie Rodriguez belted a three-run home run in the second inning to help the Roadrunners cruise past the Miners.
Jamison Bascom went 2-for-3 with two RBIs to help Tech, and teammate Jordyn Roark went 2-for-3 with a double.
Natalie Sharp had Sunrise Mountain’s two hits.
Boulder City 14, Moapa Valley 0 — At Overton, Mikaela Brown tossed a five-inning three-hitter and went 2-for-3 with a double as the Eagles routed the Pirates.
Charlene Masterson was 2-for-3 with a home run and four RBIs for Boulder City.
Virgin Valley 19, Desert Pines 4 — At Mesquite, Amanda Stenberg went 3-for-3 with a double to help the Bulldogs rout the Jaguars in five innings.
Basic 17, Del Sol 4 — At Del Sol, Josie Blackwell went 3-for-5 with a triple, and the Wolves scored 13 runs in the final two innings to down the Dragons.
Rachel Snyder was 3-for-6 with a triple for Basic, which had 16 hits.
Needles 19-13, Lake Mead 0-1 — At Needles, Calif., Demi Limon and Abby Chandler combined on a no-hitter in the opener, and Chandler and Dakota Lillard teamed for another no-hitter in the nightcap as the Mustangs swept the Eagles in a pair of five-inning games.
Chandler had three doubles, and Limon added two doubles in the opener.
Lincoln County 21-21, Mountain View 8-1 — At Mountain View, Kaylee Teel went 3-for-5 with a triple, a home run and four RBIs in the opener to lead the Lynx to a sweep of the Saints in two five-inning games.
Chelsey Lloyd finished 4-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs in the first game for the Lynx.
In the nightcap, Kourtney Gloeckner went 2-for-2 with a double for Lincoln County.
Calvary Chapel 19-20, Laughlin 9-33 — At Calvary Chapel, Maddison Petrelli homered and went 3-for-5, and Emma Cheetham and Alisa Barry had four hits apiece as the Lions won the first game of a doubleheader over the Cougars in six innings.
Monica Mejorada was 3-for-5 in the opener for Calvary Chapel.
Cassie Beggs tripled and homered to lift Laughlin in the five-inning nightcap. Katie Skillingstad doubled and tripled in the second game for the Cougars after going 3-for-4 in the first game.
Barry was 4-for-4 and Cheetham finished 4-for-5 in the second game.
