ROUNDUP: Manwarren’s layup gives Green Valley girls win over Falcons

Maggie Manwarren hit the go-ahead layup with 28 seconds left in the game Thursday to lift Green Valley’s girls basketball team to a 35-34 win over Scripps Ranch (Calif.) in the Wolverine Invitational in San Diego.

Rianna Rudolph had 14 points, and Manwarren scored 11 for Green Valley, which made just 3 of 25 shots from the field in the first half and trailed 19-7 at halftime.

Buckley (Calif.) 42, Mountain View 35 — Tyra Gray had 22 points, and the Griffins outscored the Saints 13-3 in the fourth quarter to rally for the win.

Kiley Murphy and Caitlyn Martin each scored 11 points for Mountain View.

Enterprise (Utah) 61, Pahranagat Valley 30 —
At Enterprise, Utah, Riley Lyman had 14 points and 16 rebounds as the Wolves routed the Panthers.

BOYS

Enterprise (Utah) 62, Pahranagat Valley 38 — At Enterprise, Utah, Justin Prisbrey had 17 points, and the Wolves outscored the Panthers 33-15 in the second half to earn the win.

Dayce Truman added 13 points for Enterprise.
