ROUNDUP: Richardson’s pin sends Centennial past Diamondbacks

Topaz Richardson needed only 1 minute, 6 seconds Tuesday to earn a pin at 160 pounds and help host Centennial’s wrestling team to a 57-16 win over Desert Oasis.

Bruno Maraccini (126), Robbie Cobler (132), Ben Navarro (138), Billy Cobler (134), Chase Barber (195) and Jerry Arroyo (220) also won by pin for the Bulldogs.

James Reddick (106) won by fall for the Diamondbacks.

Rancho 75, Sunrise Mountain 6 —
At Rancho, the Rams won six matches by forfeit en route to an easy win over the Miners.

Luni Tolai pinned his opponent in 26 seconds at 285 to lead Rancho.

Christopher Rojas (138), Freddy Garcia (145), Anthony Hurtado (160), Abel Gomez (170) and Brandon Flores (195) also won by fall for Rancho.

Javier Perez pinned his opponent at 126 to account for Sunrise Mountain’s points.
