ROUNDUP: Lee’s 3-pointer gives Rancho girls overtime win over Durango

Tatianna Lee drained a 3-pointer with 48 seconds left in overtime Wednesday to help Rancho’s girls basketball team outlast visiting Durango, 52-48.

Lee finished with nine points. LaKissa Martin led Rancho with 16 points, and teammate Kanosha Grey added eight points.

Durango’s Jazmine Chavez led all scorers with 23 points.

Western 51, Shadow Ridge 39 — At Western, Destiny Gonzalez had 18 points and 15 rebounds, and teammate Capricia Pierce supplied 14 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Warriors past the Mustangs.

Guadalupe Herrera had 11 points, seven rebounds and five steals for Western, which built a  27-14 halftime lead.

Viana Perez paced Shadow Ridge with 14 points.

Valley 61, Del Sol 25 — At Del Sol, Kennedy Wharton scored 17 of her 26 points during a 21-2 third-quarter run that helped the Vikings pull away from the Dragons.

Gabby Cabanero added 14 points for Valley, which outscored Del Sol, 35-4 in the second half.

Chloe Cabanas and Melissa DeSantiago each had six points for Del Sol.

Arbor View 57, Mojave 35 — At Arbor View, Dana Lewis had 22 points and 21 rebounds as the Aggies routed the Rattlers.

Ariona Gill and Dani Chaney each had nine points, and Janae Strode had six points and 13 rebounds for Arbor View, which led 43-18 at halftime.

Dennisha Atkins led Mojave with 12 points.

Cimarron-Memorial 52, Eldorado 29 — At Eldorado, Ikia Daniels had 16 points, and the Spartans jumped to a 28-11 halftime lead on their way to a win over the Sundevils.

Emily Cox added 11 points for Cimarron.

Desia Walker led Eldorado with eight points.

Legacy and Canyon Springs couldn’t keep up in the Class 4A girls basketball state semifinals. The Southern Region representatives in 3A also were eliminated.
