ROUNDUP: Amaya’s late goal gives Sierra Vista boys tie with Panthers

Giovanni Amaya’s goal with about a minute to play Thursday allowed Sierra Vista’s boys soccer team to earn a 1-1 tie with visiting Palo Verde.
Kyler Obata’s marker with about three minutes to play had given the Panthers a 1-0 lead.
Las Vegas 2, Green Valley 2 — At Las Vegas, Daniel Nunez-Renteria’s goal with about 11 minutes remaining allowed the Wildcats to clinch the Northeast League title with a tie against the Gators.
Michel Pedraza scored in the first half for Las Vegas.
Ivan Rodriguez and Gitai Gazala scored for Green Valley.
Canyon Springs 3, Rancho 1 — At Canyon Springs, Daniel Moran, Gaspar Gonzalez and Mario Corral each scored in the first half, and the Pioneers held on to beat the Rams.
Aaron Ortiz scored in the second half for Rancho.
Shadow Ridge 2, Arbor View 0 — At Shadow Ridge, Blake Damato had a goal and assisted on Guillermo Nava’s goal as the Mustangs topped the Aggies.
Nathan Kramer registered the shutout.
Eldorado 3, Coronado 0 — At Coronado, Chris Perez scored three goals to lead the Sundevils past the Cougars.
Eldorado goalkeepers Sebastian Arreaga, Samuel Tapia and Roberto Nunez combined on the shutout.
Liberty 4, Del Sol 1 — At Del Sol, Danny Musovski scored three goals to lift the Patriots by the Dragons.
Keaton Wight also scored for Liberty.
Randy Delemos netted Del Sol’s goal.
Durango 4, Spring Valley 0 — At Spring Valley, Wasajja Walugembe had a goal and an assist as the Trailblazers downed the Grizzlies.
Victor Garcia, Jeremy Allen and Marcos Alejo also scored in the second half for Durango, and Richard Zavala posted a four-save shutout.
Silverado 5, Valley 1 — At Silverado, Christian Narvaez had two goals, and Dakota Hallaway dished out three assists as the Skyhawks pulled away from the Vikings.
Brandon Holquin and Oscar Guzman each had a goal and an assist, and Dylan Kirch also scored for Silverado.
Dawit Tesfa notched Valley’s goal.
Foothill 3, Basic 1 — At Basic, Robby Cowan scored three goals to lead the Falcons by the Wolves.
Austin Anderson had two assists for Foothill.
Cesar Amador scored for Basic.
