ROUNDUP: Vicente’s two goals help Aggies rally past Panthers

Haley Vicente scored her second goal of the match in the final minute Wednesday to give Arbor View’s girls soccer team a 2-1 road win over Palo Verde.

The Panthers led 1-0 with 10 minutes to play, but Vicente’s first goal tied the score.

In the final minute, Arbor View’s Amberly Halstead ripped a shot that was deflected. Tara LeBaron settled the deflection for the Aggies, and dished the ball to Vicente for the winner.

Sila Tuiofea scored for Palo Verde.

Sierra Vista 2, Bonanza 0 — At Sierra Vista, Danyella Gonzalez and Taryn Farris each had a goal as the Mountain Lions blanked the Bengals.

Cyprus Whipple made three saves to earn the shutout.

Spring Valley 3, Durango 1 — At Spring Valley, Bailey Boyack had a goal and an assist to lead the Grizzlies past the Trailblazers.

Samantha Boeddeker and Whitney Carr each added a goal, and Alyssa Gomez had two assists for Spring Valley.

Centennial 10, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Paris Gonzalez and Shanel McDonald each had two goals and an assist to help the Bulldogs rout the Desert Shields.

Arden Holden added two goals, and Mackenzie Hansen had a goal and two assists for Centennial.

Tiana Bonds, Taylor Bassett and Danielle Leeds each scored once for the Bulldogs.

Natalie Gilbertson and Talia Barnes combined on the shutout.

Bishop Gorman 9, Desert Oasis 0 — At Gorman, Haley Wingender had three goals and an assist, and Mia Moore scored three times to help the Gaels rout the Diamondbacks.

Sierra Doehrmann scored twice, and Charlotte Brascia added a goal and an assist for the Gaels.

Madison Moore had three assists, and Kaila Brinkman and Ally Ocon each assisted on two goals for Gorman.

Angelica Pawlowski and Sam Higgins combined on the shutout.

Cimarron-Memorial 7, Legacy 1 — At Cimarron, Jaymee Luke had four goals and two assists to lead the Spartans past the Longhorns.

Mariza Sanchez added two goals,and Tessa Sanchez scored once for Cimarron, which got two assists from Taylor Pinier.

Bianca Boyt scored for Legacy.

Shadow Ridge 7, Mojave 0 — At Shadow Ridge, Brice Poort scored twice, and Sarah Pena had a goal and an assist to help the Mustangs cruise past the Rattlers.

Gabby Hernandez, Taylor Lopez, Kristin Byrne and Hailee Aragon each added a goal for Shadow Ridge.

Alexa Murrietta and Dallas Gunny combined on the shutout.

Western 1, Clark 1 — At Western, Karen Ramirez’s second-half goal allowed the Warriors to tie the Chargers.
