ROUNDUP: McInerney, Cougars top Green Valley

A.J. McInerney shot 3-under-par 33 to lead Coronado to a 189-194 win over Green Valley on Thursday at Legacy.

Kenden Slattery added a 37 for the Cougars.

Green Valley’s Jordan Green shot 35, and teammate Blaise McComb carded a 37.

Falcons top Arbor View
At Silverstone, Nick Rae shot 2-over 38 to lead Foothill to a 200-205 win over Arbor View.

Arbor View’s Zane Thomas shot 36 to earn medalist honors. Mark Agustin added a 37 for the Aggies.

Sierra Vista tops Gorman, Spring Valley
At Bear’s Best, Dalton Head shot 7-over-par 43 to help Sierra Vista edge Bishop Gorman, 236-238.

Gorman’s Luke Gardner carded a 40 to take medalist honors.

Fred Kim shot 43 to lead Spring Valley, which took third with a team score of 248.

Sky Pointe's Drake Harvey is a member of the Nevada Preps All-Southern Nevada boys golf team.
