ROUNDUP: Ahumanda rallies Miners past Virgin Valley

Mario Ahumanda scored twice in the final nine minutes of the match Friday as Sunrise Mountain’s boys soccer team rallied for a 4-3 win at Virgin Valley.
Diego Segoria added a goal and an assists, and Juan Pena also scored for the Miners.
William Lara paced the Bulldogs, scoring two goals and assisting on Danny Medina’s tally.
Canyon Springs 4, Boulder City 0 — At Boulder City, Erik Ruiz, Luis Arroyo, Jonathan Jaurequi and Roger Lopez each had a goal as the Pioneers blanked the Eagles.
Sixto Lucero recorded the shutout for Canyon Springs.
Chaparral 2, Moapa Valley 0 — At Overton, Mike Lopez and Antonio Sandoval each scored a goal to lead the Cowboys past the Pirates.
GIRLS

Pahrump Valley 13, Moapa Valley 0 —
At Pahrump, Janet Garcia had four goals and two assists as the Trojans routed the Pirates.
Courtney Lindsay added three goals, and Sidney Sladek and Melissa Ewing each scored twice for Pahrump, which got a goal apiece from Amber Dove and Madzia DeSalvo.
Dana Ayala and DeSalvo combined on the shutout.
