ROUNDUP: Aguirre nets three to help Legacy clinch playoff berth

Saul Aguirre scored three goals and added an assist Tuesday as Legacy’s boys soccer team clinched a spot in the Sunset Region playoffs with a 6-1 win at Mojave.
Christian Garcia notched two goals, and Stefan Skrinjaric had a goal and an assist for the Longhorns (11-0, 11-0 Northwest), who have a 10-point lead over second-place Palo Verde in the Northwest League.
William Flores scored the Rattlers’ goal.
Centennial 8, Faith Lutheran 0 — At Kellogg-Zahre Park, Chance Rosa scored three goals, and Eric Christiansen added two goals and two assists as the Bulldogs rolled past the Crusaders.
Blake Frischknecht tallied two goals and an assist for Centennial, which got a goal and an assist from David Polley and two assists from Parker Smith.
Adrian Rodriguez was in goal for the shutout.
Cheyenne 3, Shadow Ridge 0 — At Cheyenne, Jackson Collins scored twice as the Desert Shields shut out the Mustangs.
Jose Manuel Martinez added a goal and two assists for Cheyenne.
Goalkeeper Daniel Diaz made seven saves to earn the shutout.
Arbor View 1, Cimarron-Memorial 1 — At Arbor View, Oso Valencia’s goal off a throw-in by Corey Ackley with 10 minutes left in the match gave the Spartans a draw with the Aggies.
Jose Labanoino scored a first-half goal for Arbor View.
Sierra Vista 5, Desert Oasis 1 — At Sierra Vista, Marcelo Cardenas netted two goals, and Milan Popovic added a goal and three assists to propel the Mountain Lions past the Diamondbacks.
Isaac Banda notched a goal and an assist, and Jorge Echavarria also scored for Sierra Vista.
Daniel Eslinger scored the only goal for Desert Oasis.
Bonanza 3, Western 0 — At Bonanza, Kyle Simmons, Sondre Herstab and Sergio Rodriguez scored a goal apiece as the Bengals blanked Western.
William Sagel picked up the shutout for Bonanza.
Bishop Gorman 6, Spring Valley 1 — At Spring Valley, Shane Thompson and Nick Wessen each scored two goals to lead the Gaels past the Grizzlies.
Michael Gray and Ryan McElroy also scored for Gorman.
Seth McGinn scored Spring Valley’s lone goal.
Pahrump Valley 4, Durango 3 — At Pahrump, Alex Morrell-Englund, Teandre Small and Bryce Moser each tallied a goal and an assist to help the Trojans hold off the Trailblazers.
Martin Apolinar added a goal for Pahrump Valley.
Ryan Benevente added a goal and an assist for Durango, and Enrique Paris-Estrada and Jose Perez also scored a goal.
GIRLS
Faith Lutheran 9, Moapa Valley 0 — At Overton, Dani Theraldson tallied three goals, Taylor Young scored twice, and Kendall Pori supplied two goals and an assist as the Crusaders routed the Pirates.
Courtney Cubley and Kaitlin Becker added a goal apiece, and Morgan Bracey supplied two assists for Faith Lutheran.
Goalkeeper Jessica Mecham-Forage earned the shutout.
Boulder City 15, Adelson School 2 — At Boulder City, the Eagles got goals from 12 different players in a rout of the Lions.
Marque Waldo, Tasja Toumasis and Ida Johanson scored two goals apiece for Boulder city. Devon Dodd, Jeanette McQuillan, Ashlyn Jorgenson, Gabriela Correales, Deirdre Lowry, Katie Koacevich, Jena Sillitoe, Taylor Milay and Tysa Sillitoe each added a goal for the Eagles.
Erika Desiderati and Sueleika Blackwell each scored a goal for Adelson.
