ROUNDUP: Bishop Gorman stays hot, sweeps Bonanza

Kylee Chun dished out 17 assists and served four aces Friday as Bishop Gorman’s girls volleyball team completed the first half of the Southeast League season with a 25-18, 25-10, 25-16 sweep of visiting Bonanza.
Kylie Shaw added nine kills for the Gaels (18-4, 8-0 Southwest), and teammate Liz Manthei supplied six kills and three blocks.
Lauren Karn paced Bonanza (8-7, 5-2) with 16 assists and five digs. Bree Hammel had eight kills and Rykki Rudd six kills for the Bengals.
Sierra Vista 3, Clark 0 — At Clark, Brooke Robinson racked up 10 kills and three blocks as the Mountain Lions swept the Chargers, 25-15, 25-21, 25-14.
Morgan Malone dished out 26 assists, and Taylor Price contributed seven blocks, five kills and three aces for Sierra Vista.
Durango 3, Western 0 — At Western, Sarah Tullis distributed 18 assists as the Trailblazers rolled to a 25-16, 25-11, 25-16 win over the Warriors.
Kylie Ferri had seven kills and Lindsay Williams four aces for Durango.
Desert Oasis 3, Spring Valley 0 — At Desert Oasis, Kindra Stanfield’s 26 assists, seven aces and three kills helped the Diamondbacks post a 26-24, 25-19, 25-16 victory over the Grizzlies.
Terina Nua had eight kills and Brittney Jensen six aces and four digs for Desert Oasis.
Tori Patterson dished out 24 assists for the Grizzlies, and teammate Elena Kniola added 10 digs and seven kills.
Faith Lutheran 3, Cimarron-Memorial 1 — At Cimarron, Kelsey McCourt had 28 assists, seven digs and four aces, and Chelsea Kronschnabel added 14 digs as the Crusaders downed the Spartans, 25-9, 25-20, 17-25, 25-23.
Taylor Hammer and Lindsey Flangas each supplied eight kills for Faith Lutheran.
Leilani Blanco paced Cimarron with 19 digs and 10 kills. Toree Manumalenua added 18 assists, six kills and four aces, and Desiree Luca had 14 digs for the Spartans.
Arbor View 3, Mojave 0 — At Arbor View, Lorin Rader had 24 assists and eight digs as the Aggies defeated the Rattlers, 25-10, 25-11, 25-14.
Natalie Stepna had six aces, six digs, three kills, and teammate Amber Graham added 14 kills and nine digs for Arbor View.
Shadow Ridge 3, Legacy 0 — At Shadow Ridge, Marissa Whitson put down 11 kills, and Bailee Bradley added nine digs and two aces as the Mustangs cruised to a 25-10, 25-16, 25-19 sweep of the Longhorns.
Alexis Fuller had 18 digs for Legacy. Siana Tuitama added five assists and five digs, and Mickayla Hicks contributed six kills and four blocks.
Boulder City 3, Cheyenne 0 — At Boulder City, Avalon Frantz recorded 35 assists, two kills and two aces as the Eagles rolled past the Desert Shields, 25-21, 25-9, 25-18.
Ali Rants added 18 digs and three aces, Kayla Nix had 11 kills, and Emily Boyster supplied eight kills and five blocks for Boulder City.
Mary Moody paced Cheyenne with 10 assists. Nadine Simmons and Rebecca Lane each had four kills, and Simmons and Teylor Lytle contributed three blocks apiece for the Desert Shields.
Lake Mead 3, Tonopah 2 — At Lake Mead, Ashley Newton registered 20 kills, 14 digs and three blocks as the Eagles outlasted the Muckers, 25-22, 21-25, 25-8, 17-25, 15-8.
Heather Hillenbrand added nine kills, 18 digs and three aces for the Eagles. Megan Watkins had 13 assists and 13 digs, and teammate Taylor Vetter supplied 17 assists and 10 digs for Lake Mead, which got 14 digs and five aces from Anny Liston.
 
Sam Kimber paced the Muckers with 17 kills and four blocks. Britney Klapper added 27 assists for Tonopah. Deanna Van Poucke contributed seven kills and seven digs, and Amanda O'Donnell had eight kills, five digs and four aces for the Muckers.
Agassi Prep 2-2, Mountain View 1-1 — At Agassi Prep, Noelle Chavis had 10 assists, and Alannah Conway added 10 digs and eight kills as the Stars swept the Saints by scores of 25-20, 15-25, 15-8 and 25-19, 24-26, 15-10.
Shanice Allen supplied seven kills for Agassi Prep, which got seven kills and eight digs from N’Dea Cottell and six digs from Mary Jordan.
 
Katelyn Krebs had seven kills and five aces, and Kayla Cook added five kills for Mountain View.
Calvary Chapel 3, Laughlin 0 — At Calvary Chapel, Brettani Davis served 10 aces and had nine digs, and Laura Perri dished out 11 assists as the Lions swept the Cougars, 25-16, 25-8, 25-14.
Kelsey Hannah added five kills for Calvary Chapel.
Lund 3, Indian Springs 1 — At Indian Springs, the Mustangs were 25-22, 18-25, 25-17, 25-20 winners over the Thunderbirds.
