ROUNDUP: Barton, Bulldogs edge Palo Verde

Centennial’s Jake Barton shot a 5-over-par 77 to lead the Bulldogs to the win in a Northwest League meet Monday at Badlands.

Centennial carded a 405 to edge Palo Verde (410). Arbor View (422) was third.

Arbor View’s Zane Thomas and Mark Agustin each shot a 76 to share medalist honors.

Palo Verde’s Kyle Melchiorre carded a 77.

Boulder City 223, Del Sol 266 — At Boulder Creek, Ryan Roundtree carded a 6-over-par 42 to take medalist honors and lead the Eagles past the Dragons.

Jeremy Dunbar shot 43 for Boulder City.

James Hale led Del Sol with a 46.

Sky Pointe's Drake Harvey is a member of the Nevada Preps All-Southern Nevada boys golf team.
