Terran Madu-Jules ran for 95 yards and three touchdowns on six carries to lead Silverado (2-0) to a 49-6 rout of Mojave (0-1).

Madu-Jules took the opening kickoff back 95 yards to give Silverado a 7-0 lead. 

Madu-Jules scored on a 7-yard run 17 seconds later after a turnover. He ran in from 31 yards out as Silverado built a 21-0 lead after one quarter.

Mojave got on the board in the third quarter when Adonis Allen ran it in from a yard out to trim the deficit to 42-6.

The Skyhawks amassed 312 yards rushing while holding Mojave to 145 on the ground.

Allen ran for 105 yards on 18 carries for the Rattlers.

Neither team completed a pass.

Coronado set a state record with its score of 11-under at the Class 5A girls golf state championship. In tennis, Palo Verde swept the boys and girls 5A championships.
