ROUNDUP: Page, Mountain View turn back Tech

Charde Page had 17 kills, 22 digs and three aces as Mountain View defeated visiting Tech 25-11, 22-25, 27-29, 25-7, 15-13 in girls volleyball on Tuesday night.

Felicia Joiner added 22 digs and six aces for the Saints, and teammate Kristyn Gonzales had 26 digs, three kills and four aces.
Danielle Grugu led Tech with eight kills, and Brandi Rademaker added 10 digs and five aces.

Boulder City 3, Basic 1 — At Basic, Boulder City’s Julia Jeppsen had 19 kills and five blocks to lead the Eagles to a 27-25, 22-25, 25-17, 25-22 win over the Wolves.

Paxton Fleming added 26 assists for Boulder City.

Coronado 3, Sierra Vista 1 — At Sierra Vista, Kuulei Piena and Cassie Baden each had eight kills and 10 digs to lead the Cougars to a 25-21, 25-27, 25-23, 25-10 victory over the Lions.

Brooke Robinson had 13 kills for Sierra Vista.

Green Valley 3, Palo Verde 0 — At Green Valley, Siga Applegate had 10 kills and five aces and Jenna Chavez tallied 24 assists as the Gators beat the Panthers, 25-18, 25-17, 25-14.

Sydney Brozovich had 10 kills and Emma Johnson five aces for Green Valley.

Palo Verde’s Nicole Gneiting had 11 kills and six digs and Tori Lounsbery 17 assists.

Faith Lutheran 3, The Meadows 0 — At The Meadows, Megan Hauser had 12 kills and 10 digs and Katy Trollier had 11 kills as the Crusaders beat the Mustangs, 25-16, 25-19, 25-11.

Kylee Klein added 22 assists and Kayla McCourt had 11 digs for Faith Lutheran.

Centennial 3, Spring Valley 0 — At Centennial, Johnna Brown had 11 kills and Morgan Vieira added 20 assists as the Bulldogs downed the Grizzlies, 25-11, 25-7, 25-7.

Danielle York added three kills, three aces and two assists for Centennial, and teammate Alli Tatum had five kills.

Henderson International 3, Adelson 0 — At Henderson International, Fabi Pachas had six kills and two blocks and Pam Sakuma had six kills and five aces to lead the Wolverines over the Lions, 25-14, 25-8, 25-10.

Lauren Mushkin had five kills and four blocks for Henderson International.

Laughlin 3, Indian Springs 0 — At Indian Springs, Arianna Hardy had four kills and five aces and Alyssa Daniels had four kills and four aces to help the Cougars beat the Thunderbirds, 25-11, 25-16, 25-4.

Brittany Chase had eight aces and Jeri Brody seven aces for Laughlin.

Calvary Chapel 3, Trinity 0 — At Calvary, Jordan Strong had six aces and three kills and Danielle Johnson had eight aces to lead the Lions to a 25-11, 25-16, 25-5 win over the Thunder.

Jamie Beardon added 10 assists, Lauren Feigler had seven aces and Anna Duerden had five kills for Calvary Chapel.

Lake Mead 3, Agassi Prep 0 — At Agassi Prep, Jordan Clarke had five kills, eight assists and five aces to lead Lake Mead to a 25-7, 25-10, 25-13 win over the Stars.

The Eagles served 26 aces in the match.

Ashley Newton added eight kills, four aces and two digs for the Eagles. Amanda Wellman had seven kills and five aces. Sam Herman added eight aces.
