Outlook: Former Coronado coach Jay Renneker takes over the Cowboys, and will look to make the team an annual contender as he did at Coronado. McGinness is the top returnee, after earning second team All-Northheast League honors as a libero last season, and is expected to see time at three positions this fall. Though there isn't much experience, Renneker expects to see postseason action.
