Pedestrian killed on northbound I-15 near Craig Road

Traffic on northbound Interstate 15 was diverted to Craig Road after a fatal auto-pedestrian crash Saturday morning, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol Twitter account.

The crash was reported around 4:10 a.m. and the road was re-opened just after 9 a.m., according to the PulsePoint app.

The circumstances around the crash remained unclear, but traffic was detoured off the highway just before Craig for nearly five hours while emergency crews responded to the scene.
