1 bicyclist killed, 1 injured in northwest Arizona collision

One bicyclist was killed and another injured in a collision just south of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., on Wednesday morning.

A car traveling south on state Route 95 struck the bicyclists, who were traveling north, just after 7 a.m., according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Deborah Robison, 60, of Lake Havasu City, was dead at the scene.

Lawrence F. Smith, 63, of Lake Havasu City, was flown to a Las Vegas hospital for treatment of his injuries.

The driver of the car, Erica J. Etten, 31, of Lake Havasu City, was not injured.
