Las Vegas man indicted in drug deal slaying

A 21-year-old Las Vegas man was indicted Friday in a fatal shooting that occurred more than a year ago.

Police have said Zuri Burton, who faces murder, robbery and drug charges, shot 35-year-old Sterling Nitsuma in August 2013.

Burton had arranged to buy marijuana from Nitsuma at a home near Torrey Pines Drive and Craig Road before Nitsuma was shot in the head, according to police.

Burton was ordered held without bail.
