More options for dual credits approved for Clark County high school students

Thirteen more courses will earn dual credit for Clark County public high school students, meaning these courses will count toward high school graduation and earn college credit.

The School Board for the Clark County School District added two Chinese courses, two information technology courses, an electrical course, two computer science courses, two education courses in children’s literature and classroom management, and four Filipino courses.

The district offers hundreds of dual credit courses. It will add the new classes to the course list previously approved by the board in April 2013.
