The story: When their longtime friend Mikey (Jordan) splits with his wife, perennial single buddies Jason (Efron) and Daniel (Teller) take him under their wing in this R-rated dating comedy.
The buzz: With “Fruitvale Station,” Jordan delivered one of 2013’s strongest performances that failed to generate any awards heat. Teller (“The Spectacular Now,” the upcoming “Divergent”) is a star on the rise. And Efron is Efron. But raunchy comedies have been pretty hit-or-miss at the box office lately.
