Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse at Tivoli Village, 440 S. Rampart Blvd., plans to offer 200 orders of a special take-home Thanksgiving Feast featuring ready-to-cook Diestel Turkey Ranch turkey, stuffing, mashed poatoes, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, house-baked dinner rolls and choice of two farm-fresh vegetables. The meal also includes a made-to-order pumpkin pie.

The Garden Buffet plans to serve a champagne buffet for $15.95 with a Casino Club card or $19.95 without a card from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with Thanksgiving specials such as cider-baked ham, herb-roasted chicken, roasted turkey and roast prime rib of beef.
