New restaurants open at Aliante hotel

The Aliante hotel (formerly Aliante Station), 7300 Aliante Parkway in North Las Vegas, has three new restaurants. The Salted Lime is centered on a margarita bar and serves south-of-the-border cuisine and happy-hour specials. Bistro 57 serves more than 57 wines plus breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner plates such as Croissant French Toast and Salad Nicoise. And the Medley Buffet has Mexican, Chinese, Italian and American live-action food stations. ...

Andrea's has opened at Encore, 3131 Las Vegas Blvd. South, serving sharable plates such as truffle ponzu rock shrimp tempura, shellfish on ice, dim sum dishes and more.
