Bally Technologies signs fifth deal in Canada

Bally Technologies has entered into an agreement to provide 650 Video Lottery Terminals to gaming properties in Saskatchewan, Canada. Earlier this year, the Las Vegas-based company announced an agreement to provide VLTs to Canada's Atlantic Lottery Corp.

Under the agreement, Bally Technologies said it will be compliant with Gaming Standards Association G2S protocols and provide state-of-the-art gaming features, including iDeck touch-screen programmable button deck.

Bally Technologies now supplies VLTs to five Canadian provinces.

Share of Bally Technologies lost 75 cents, or 1.65 percent, to close at $44.72 on light pre-Christmas Day volume of 181,907 shares traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The company's shares have traded within a 52-week range of a low of $38.23 and a high of $51.16.
