Henderson Parks and Recreation to offer Halloween swap shop
The Henderson Parks and Recreation Department is offering a Halloween Costume Swap Shop from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Oct. 13 at the Whitney Ranch Recreation Center, 1575 Galleria Drive.
Participants may drop off clean, gently used Halloween costumes in all sizes during normal facility hours from Monday through Oct. 10. They may register online at cityofhenderson.com/parks or at any recreation center.
For each costume dropped off, the donor will receive a ticket that can be redeemed the day of the swap to select a different costume. Participation is free.
