Bernard's Bistro, 15 Via Bel Canto at the Village at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic with a dinner and Champagne cruise at 7 p.m. April 14. The six-course dinner will feature dishes from the Titanic's first-class menu.
