Man shot, found in street of neighborhood
A man was shot early Tuesday morning in the southeast valley.
Las Vegas police said the shooting happened about 7 a.m. at the intersection of Vista Del Monte Drive and Hildago Way, near Nellis Boulevard and Desert Inn Road.
A man who "appeared to be deceased" was found in the street of the residential neighborhood. He was taken to a nearby hospital, but officer Laura Meltzer said his condition was unknown.
"He had very serious injuries at the very least," said Meltzer, a police spokeswoman.
Police were searching for two men and a woman who possibly left the scene in a sedan, Meltzer said.
Homicide detectives were investigating.
