Metro looking for 2 suspects in convenience store robbery

Las Vegas police are looking for two people who robbed an east valley Circle K convenience store in March.

Two people entered the store at 3901 E. Lake Mead Blvd., near Walnut Road, just after 2 a.m. March 28, according to police.

One person acted like a customer and brought items to the counter, which the clerk began to ring up. The other, armed with a machete, went behind the counter and robbed the clerk, police said.

Both robbers fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money and merchandise.
