Driver found dead after car hits wall

A 62-year-old man was found dead after a possible medical episode caused him to crash his car into a wall Friday afternoon.

Las Vegas police said the man, who was not identified, was driving west on Neal Avenue in a Hyundai Accent when it left the roadway and struck a wall near Rancho Destino Road, near St. Rose Parkway and Bermuda Road.

The man was found dead at the scene. The damage to the car and lack of physical injuries to the man led investigators to think that he might have died from a medical episode.

The Clark County Coroner's office will determine the man's cause of death.
