Mayweather hearing delayed until March 10

A preliminary hearing in champion boxer Floyd Mayweather's case scheduled for Monday was continued until March 10 because his lead defense attorney was not available.

Mayweather faces several felony charges, including felony coercion, grand larceny, and robbery in connection with a Sept. 9 domestic violence incident with his three children and their mother, Josie Harris.

Mayweather appeared before Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa for the hearing.

As he left the courtroom Mayweather told members of the media they should come interview him while he's feeding the homeless or helping underprivileged children.

Mayweather remained free on $31,000 bail in the case.
