The UNLV athletic department somehow emerged from a raging storm well-positioned for future success after striking a favorable deal to be the Mountain West’s big fish.
The former Bishop Gorman star who pleaded guilty to a felony charge of reckless driving resulting in death or substantial bodily harm, will play for Fresno State.

It’s unknown if the UNR storyline had a bearing on UNLV not receiving an invitation to join the Pac-12, but it shouldn’t have in any manner, now or in the future.
