Man dies in truck crash Friday morning

A 66-year-old man was found dead after his pickup careened across the roadway and slammed into a brick wall in the east valley Friday morning.

Las Vegas police believe a medical episode might have caused the crash.

Police said the man, who was not identified, was driving west on Flamingo Road shortly after 7 a.m. when his Chevrolet Silverado pickup crossed into oncoming traffic and crashed into a wall on the southwest corner of Seville Street and Flamingo.

Nobody else was injured in the crash.

The Clark County coroner's office will determine how the man died.
