DINING: Tiger’s blood and cooking classes

This didn’t take long: First Food & Bar at the Palazzo, 3325 Las Vegas Blvd. South, has introduced the “Winning! Duh! Tiger’s Blood Transfusion” cocktail.
First’s bartenders will make it for you, but if you’d rather use your own Adonis DNA, you can muddle fresh ginger in the juice of one blood orange, 1/8 ounce Chambord and 1 teaspoon of blood-orange bitters. Add ice, 1 1/2 ounces Effen Raspberry and 1/2 ounce Canton, shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a blood-orange wheel or wedge.
