Celebrate the Dead with Dark Star Orchestra
The Dark Star Orchestra isn't just authentic. It's nostalgic and location-specific, too.
The top Grateful Dead cover band promises to re-create an entire set list from a Dead show. They keep it a secret until the last minute, but promise it will be a show that took place in Las Vegas, either at the Aladdin in the 1980s or Sam Boyd Stadium in the 1990s.
The band plays at 8 p.m. Saturday at Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas, 3771 Las Vegas Blvd. South. Tickets are $22-$27; call 733-7625.
