Quotable: "We were a lot like the Los Angeles Lakers in the 1980s. It was a run-and-gun style of play, knocking down 3-point shots and dunking the basketball. It was one sensational play after another. There were not many teams at the college level doing that." -- Gilliam
Currently: In the real estate business in Pittsburgh. Drafted No. 2 overall by the Phoenix Suns and played 13 years in the NBA. Jersey No. 35 was retired by UNLV in 2007.
The Review-Journal counts down the top 100 players in UNLV basketball history, 20 years after the Rebels' NCAA championship season in 1989-90.
