Career highlights:
■ Had UNLV season record 406 assists in 1986-87 and ranks No. 4 in career assists with 689.
■ His 18 assists against Indiana in 1987 set the record for an NCAA Tournament game.
■ UNLV went 33-5 in his first season, then 37-2 with a Final Four berth in 1986-87.
■ Averaged 9.1 assists and 3.8 points in 76 games.

Currently: Coaches AAU teams in California and teaches kids life skills through his foundation, free2bmesports.org. Has a 21-year-old daughter who attends Florida State.
