Pardee releases new homes today

Pardee Homes is planning new releases of homes today at three valley neighborhoods -- Montclaire in Henderson, Solamar in the Centennial Hills area of northwestern Las Vegas and Trail Ridge in southwestern Las Vegas.

"A new release of homes means more choices for buyers," said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes.

"And, the choices extend beyond floor plans and home sites. Buyers can personalize selections such as cabinets, countertops and flooring, which is another benefit of purchasing a new home."

According to Tuvell, Pardee is also extending its RateSmart program through Pardee Home Loans. Participants can lock in at a loan interest rate for six months and protect against rate increases. The program also has a one-time option to lower a rate should rates decline.

"We're excited to be focused on new construction and to once again offer new releases of homes,' Tuvell said. "And, we're pleased to work with Pardee Homes Loans to provide financing tools for our buyers."

The new home releases follow recent releases at Pardee neighborhoods, including Bella Fiore at Lake Las Vegas Resort; Northpointe in Eldorado and Riverstone at Prescott Park, both in North Las Vegas; Rosetta in Mountain's Edge; and Ashwood in Nevada Trails.

According to Tuvell, all of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, a program that boosts energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.

Located in Henderson just off of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Jeffreys Street, Montclaire features one- and two-story homes priced from $319,950. The gated neighborhood offers six floor plans that range from 2,368 to 3,959 square feet with up to six bedrooms and four baths.

Solamar features one- and two-story floor plans that range from 2,491 to 3,152 square feet with up to five bedrooms. Home sites at Solamar average 7,000 square feet in size and prices start from $293,950.

To visit Solamar from U.S. Highway 95 north, exit to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, west. Exit at Durango Road and turn right. Turn left on Deer Springs Way, right on Grand Canyon Drive, then right on Bay Ledge Avenue to the models.

Trail Ridge floor plans range from 1,366 to 1,776 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 21/2 to three baths, upstairs laundry rooms and two-car garages. The homes also provide options for lofts, dens, kitchen nooks, tech areas and downstairs bedrooms. Prices range from $158,450 to $177,450.

To visit Trail Ridge, exit south on Durango from I-215 and travel about three miles to Agate Avenue and turn left into the Trail Ridge model park.

All Pardee sales offices and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday.
