Centerpieces can be tasty and beautiful

With holiday festivities in full swing, time -- and money -- to create floral centerpieces may be in short supply. Kenneth Brown, a Los Angeles designer and the star of HGTV's "reDesign" and TLC's "Over Designed," has tapped his refrigerator and pantry to whip up a simple, fast and affordable way to dress up the holiday table.

Most of the ingredients can be picked up while shopping for your holiday meals. Just add a candle or two and, voilá, a centerpiece fit for any celebration.

And the most beautiful part of the arrangement is that the centerpieces double as money savers because you can eat them after the party.

Each arrangement takes just minutes to prepare.
