SHOW US YOUR PURSE

• Name: Natricia C. Tricano
• Occupation: Attorney
• Occasion: Work (where I spend most of my time)
• What kind of handbag? Burgundy textured patent leather Gramercy tote.
• How much did it cost? $400 plus.
• Where did you get it? Bluefly. They have great purses on that Web site. Stylist Nancy Rosu is wonderful; she helped me pick the style of handbag that would best flatter me as a professional.
• Tell us about the first handbag you ever bought. I may be dating myself, but the first handbag I remember was a Holly Hobby purse that matched by bell bottoms. I thought I was a diva.
• Why did you choose this handbag today? I think that it is stylish and professional looking. It is conservative but hip at the same time. I love it.
• How many handbags do you own? So many, but I tend to stick with a style per season unless there is a special occasion, then I switch my handbags out. I buy a lot of purses, because they make great gifts that everyone loves, even better than gift cards, because they are more personal.
• What's the most you ever paid for a handbag? $500 is the most I will go. There are so many wonderful handbags that look great at a more economical price. You can look hip for not a lot of money.
• Image is ... a lot of things, it is ever-evolving based on the fashion trends and the image of the times. I think that what is more important is personal style. If you know who you are, your personal style will always shine through and your image will always be a classy one.
• What's in your handbag? Clockwise from top: yellow legal pad, Lodis black leather business card holder, BlackBerry cell phone, keys with keychain, MAC Lusterglass in Pinkarat and Coach wristlet.
