Paris had an early birthday celebration at Area last night, and Britney Spears' former right hand man, Sam Lutfi, showed up for the festivities. Maybe Sam wants to manage Paris now? She'd better watch her back!

Also at the party — Brit's cousin and former assistant, Alli Sims. It appears Sam and Alli are trying to ride out the last six minutes of their instant fame by appearing where the celebs are. It's hard to think about Paris when the paps are focused on those two.
