Motor Trend International Auto Show returns to Las Vegas
November 25, 2016 - 11:10 am
The Motor Trend International Auto Show returns to Las Vegas bringing more than 350 of the latest automobile models from 24 of the top manufacturers. Located at the Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Road, the annual event will take place Friday through Sunday.
It is open to the public and free parking is available in Silver Lot 1. Area residents can explore the 2017 car and truck models, learn about what’s new in automobile technology and get a jump start on researching their next vehicle purchase at the auto show.
Attendees of the auto show will be able to witness the debut of all of the newest automobile models, including the 2017 Honda Civic hatchback, Chevrolet Camaro, Dodge Challenger, Jeep Wrangler, Ford Fusion sedan and many more. Providing a diverse selection for all, the Motor Trend International Auto Show is the ideal place to test drive prospective new vehicles and compare features in a no-pressure, nonselling environment.
The show will feature three test-driving experiences from Ford, Toyota and Chevrolet. Each test drive experience will allow show attendees to get behind the wheel and get a real feel for the performance and handling of various types of vehicles.
Test drives are included with the price of auto show admission and will operate each day. Participants must present a valid driver’s license before taking a test drive.
Luxury car enthusiasts will not want to miss duPont Registry Live, a collection of premier, high-end luxury and unique vehicles, and the Million Dollar Exotic Vehicle Display, showcasing ultra exotic vehicles courtesy of Lamborghini Las Vegas. These high-end models are built for power, rocketing to 60 mph in under three seconds, and offer an escape from the ordinary commute.
Show-goers will also get the chance to view and experience a display of tricked-out and customized vehicles from the recent SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) trade show.
E-tickets may be purchased and downloaded from the official auto show website, www.AutoShowLV.com. E-ticket holders can avoid waiting in box office ticket lines by using the E-ticket entrance at the show. Adult E-tickets are $1 off regular admission price.
The Employee Appreciation Days promotion is for automotive dealership employees and one guest. For entrance to the show, dealership employees must present one of the following forms of ID: a business card, a letter of employment or a pay check stub, in addition to a driver’s license.
Show-goers will receive a free one-year subscription to Motor Trend magazine with each online ticket order or box office purchase, sponsored by the Southern Nevada Franchised New Car and Truck Dealers Association and Nevada Franchised Auto Dealers Association.
