F-150 works perfectly for Las Vegas businessman

Southern Nevada businessman Neil Roth visits Friendly Ford on a regular basis. The president of Xtreme Green Electric Vehicles in Las Vegas, Roth is a big-time believer in Ford’s premier line of trucks.

Considering that the F-Series Ford truck has been Truck of the Year for 40 years is good enough reason for anyone to purchase one of the highly touted vehicles.

“We use Ford trucks for several reasons,” said Roth, who recently purchased a 2017 F-150. “First, we find them to be extremely economical considering fuel usage. They are strong enough to pull our trailers and our products, and they are safe for our drivers to travel long distances at highway speeds.

“We are really happy with our F-Series and wouldn’t buy anything else.”

Charles Previs, who has been with Friendly Ford for more than two years, said the comments about the F-Series pickup are continuous.

“It’s been the No. 1 selling truck for four decades. I never worry when selling an F-150 to a customer. The truck does everything.”

Roth is on the run nearly every day of the week, and he needs to be confident in knowing that his truck will not let him down during his hectic schedule. He knows he can count on the F-150 to get the job done.

The F-150 is dependable and it’s easy to like. Its success also is based on the military grade aluminum construction along with a wide variety of engines such as the 2.7-liter EcoBoost V-6 with 325 horsepower and 370 pounds of torque with a standard auto-start-stop feature.

Other available engines include the new 3.5-liter Ti-VCT V-6 with 282 horsepower and 253 pounds of torque; the 5.0-liter TI-VCT V-8 with 385 horsepower and 387 pounds of torque; and the 3.5-liter Ecoboost V-6 with 365 horsepower and 420 pounds of torque.

New additions to the F-150 include a chiseled grille, inverted power dome hood, redesigned head lamps, tailgate spoiler design and a body that is 1.5 inches wider with the Ford Tough stance and/or presence.

Located at 660 N. Decatur Blvd., Friendly Ford opened in 1970. The dealership is a 17-time winner of the prestigious President’s Award, Ford’s highest single honor for customer satisfaction.
