Luxury is defined with the all-new 2016 Equus at Planet Hyundai Sahara

There is a special sense of pride in owning a 2016 Equus from Planet Hyundai Sahara.
The luxury of the vehicle is impressive, but it's the service that also makes owning an Equus special.
For instance, when wanting to test-drive the vehicle, the customer only needs to call the dealership that will deliver the Equus to the home of the caller.
And after buying the vehicle, service on the Equus is as simple as a phone call or through the Equus app on a smartphone to the dealership service department. A representative of the dealership will exchange the Equus for a customer replacement vehicle.
Once the service has been completed, the Equus will be returned to its owner.
As stated by Hyundai personnel, luxury is more than owning or driving the Equus considering that the service is a step up, too.
The Equus looks great in the showroom and it's even more impressive on the road with a 429-horsepower V-8 with eight-speed Shiftronic transmission.
Also rated highly is the safety technology tied to the 2016 Equus including a long list of features such as Vehicle Stability Management, multiview camera system, nine air bag safety system; blind spot detection and rear cross-traffic alert; cruise control with stop/start and lane departure warning.
Inside the 2016 Equus are Blue Link security features, guidance features and state-of-the-art remote features.
Additional interior elements include three-zone automatic temperature control; heated and cooled front seats; available multiview camera system; Sirius Satellite Radio and Data Services; and Blue Tooth Wireless Audio Streaming.
Finally, there are Onboard Equus Signature additions that include laminated glass, a spacious passenger cabin with rich wood and leather-trimmed steering wheel. The 2016 models also have acoustic laminated windshields to keep out road noise.
Yet another staple for the 2016 Equus is the Hyundai warranty, which includes a 10-year, 100,000-mile power train warranty, the seven-year anti-perforation warranty, and the five-year, unlimited mileage Roadside Assistance warranty.
Dealership delivery specialist Antonio Caiati even sold a 2016 Equus model to an out-of-state buyer. He said the changes in the newest model include the Smart Trunk on the Equus Ultimate.
"The buyer flew in from Arizona to get his 2016 Equus," said Caiati, who has been in the car business for five years. "He lives in the Scottsdale area."
Caiati said the Equus attracts a buyer who wants luxury without paying the price of competitors comparably equipped vehicles that have much higher price tags.
"The buyers include doctors, lawyers or others who don't want to pay the same money charged for a Porsche, BMW 7 Series or Audi," Caiati said. "They're getting a comparable or better car for roughly half the price."
