Nevada AG won’t speculate on possible action against Wynn Resorts

Nevada Attorney General’s office says it’s too soon to say what action may lie ahead regarding Wynn Resorts Ltd.
“Because this office represents Nevada’s Gaming Control Board, it will refrain from commenting on possible action while the board conducts its recently announced investigation,” a spokesman for the office said Tuesday
New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman sued the Weinstein Co. and Harvey Weinstein on Sunday alleging years of sexual harassment and misconduct by the movie producer. The civil lawsuit alleges that the company’s executives and board repeatedly failed to protect employees from Weinstein.
