Las Vegas-based casino equipment supplier Shuffle Master Inc. reached an agreement Thursday to pay Prime Table Games LLC $5.5 million to settle pending litigation and acquire intellectual property licenses.

In a separate transaction, Shuffle Master acquired Prime Table Games licenses to the Three Card Poker Internet rights in the British Isles for $1.5 million, which includes cell phone gaming.
